1. Returns and Exchanges

CHECK OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
1.1. Dissatisfaction with the product:
Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt (the customer can request a refund or product replacement upon returning the received product).
1.2. PRODUCT DEFECTS:
Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to exchange the defective product), for defects such as: product with damaged glass or display, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer is entitled to invoke the warranty if they contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt and always send images of the received package. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse. In both situations, we are available via the following email:

1.3. RETURN COSTS:
All costs incurred by the customer to return the product by mail are the responsibility of the customer, but the amount spent on shipping entitles you to a discount coupon for the amount spent on shipping (which must always be PAC, if the customer sends by SEDEX, the discount coupon will be for the amount of PAC) for a future purchase. The next purchase for which the customer can use the discount coupon must be at least the same value as the product to be replaced.
2. FOR PRODUCT RETURN DUE TO DISSATISFACTION:
The product must not have any signs of use. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with the original packaging (postage packaging, with label); otherwise, a refund or exchange will not be processed. Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the return conditions of the item. We record all our analyses on video. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between:
2.1. EXCHANGE FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN OUR STOCK;
2.2. RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT SPENT ON THE PRODUCTS (IN CASE OF RETURN WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT).
3. WARRANTY:
All products in the store have a 7-day warranty. To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem; in this video, the packaging of the received product (postage packaging, with label) must also be shown. It is essential that the packaging is shown in the video. The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect, and the packaging of the product must appear in the photo. If the customer is unable to make the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send us the product to our address in FORTALEZA for analysis; the cost of this shipment is the responsibility of the customer, but the amount spent entitles you to a discount coupon for the PAC shipping, as per item 1.3 above; the product must be sent with the original packaging from the post office, with the recipient's label undamaged. NOTE: Expressa Compra does not provide any type of technical assistance; we do not have an authorized assistant. 4. IMPORTANT:
Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damage that occurs after the purchase of the device from our company.
4.1. THE WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT COVER:
Damages due to fluids in non-resistant products, dropping the product in water, or submerging it; although some products are water-resistant, there are certain limits to be respected from product to product; Damage caused by attempted repair or adaptation of the device by you or third parties; Improper use of accessories; Failures or damages that may arise due to normal wear and tear; Tests to verify product resistance, such as water resistance tests, among others.
