All products available at Expressa Compra are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes an average of 15 to 28 business days (counted after dispatch) depending on the location. Shipping is carried out 3 to 5 days after payment confirmation in our system, and the countdown begins only after this period.

Through the Express Shipping option, the product is shipped with priority, with a delivery time of 10 to 25 business days.

We provide a tracking code for customers to track the progress of their order delivery.

Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the post office, or other situations beyond our control.

Our deliveries are made by Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos (ECT). As a federal public company, we are not responsible for any delay in merchandise delivery due to general strikes by the organization or any external factors.

In the event of any of the aforementioned situations, the necessary days to resolve the cited problems will be added to our delivery time.

The delivery times mentioned are valid for Capitals and Metropolitan Regions. Deliveries in remote areas or places with limited access may take a little longer. In areas with delivery restrictions, products must be collected from the designated local post office.

The store guarantees delivery of the order. We undertake to refund the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and free internet tracking.

If the product is not delivered within 60 business days after shipment, the full amount will be refunded, and you may keep the product.

Attention! You may receive more than one package if you have purchased more than 1 product because your products may come from different suppliers. If you receive one package first and the other after a few days, rest assured, it's completely normal.

**1.2. ORDER TRACKING**

Products will be shipped by Correios or another carrier, and there will always be a Tracking Code that will enable the customer to track the delivery progress. We will provide instructions on the best way to track your order with integrity and transparency.

The deadline for sending the tracking code to the customer is up to 5 business days. We always send all tracking information and updates via email.

**2. GENERAL ORDER CONDITIONS**

**2.1. CARE WITH ORDER ADDRESSES**

Expressa Compra will send the product to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling in the address where you want to receive your order.

**2.2. RECIPIENT ABSENT**

Make sure someone will be at the address to receive your products.

The Post Office makes three delivery attempts for the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch, and in this case, it will be necessary for the package recipient to collect it at the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days.

If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of a new shipping fee to resend the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office branch where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.

**2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS**

EXPRESSA COMPRA is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of the orders placed in the store.

If the address is filled incorrectly or incompletely, according to Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

In this case, the customer will need to pay a new shipping fee so that we can resend the order. If the delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

**2.4. IMPORT TAXES AND DELIVERY FEES**

All imported goods are subject to import taxes and postal clearance fees. As an electronic platform, we exempt ourselves from responsibility for the payment of such fees. Therefore, if they occur, it will be the full responsibility of the customer.
